Anu Elmer has been consulting large-scale projects in change management, communications and training for more than ten years. Currently, she is the core team member of the Collaboration Initiative which rolled out a social business platform to all 11,000 employees in 2009 and is now looking into further integrating it and extending it to external communities.

Cordelia Krooss has been driving the Online Business Network connect.BASF since 2008. Her focus is on community management, global coordination, developing best practices and consulting on how to create business value. Previous assignments in Ludwigshafen and Hong Kong included employee communications, social media, online communica¬tions, and media relations. Her special approach to living networks originates from her studies in Biology.

Johan Lybaert, Cegeka

Johan is an ICT program manager delivering project results during the last 25 years by applying the relevant methodology and by creating excellent relationships with the involved customer managements. Today he is applying the 'agile methodology approach' on the biggest J2EE project in the Benelux (100 manyear program). As program manager he is also responsible for Business Development by extending the business with the existing customers and opening new accounts.

Jamil Ouaj, Deutsche Bank
Jamil Ouaj Communications Manager, Deutsche Bank

Jamil Ouaj is responsible for the worldwide and cross-divisional online communication in the division Group Technology and Operation at Deutsche Bank. He is actively involved in the strategy around Web 2.0 and Enterprise 2.0 at Deutsche Bank and leads on internal projects such as dbWiki, an online encyclopaedia and dbClub a social networking platform.

Nicolas is a researcher and practitioner. At Danone, he is looking toward the main new sociological and economical trends, challenges and opportunities. He is in charge of the social networking project (Enterprise 2.0). Furthermore, he is involved in new learning strategy & social learning, communication 2.0, employer branding and recruitment 2.0.

Ellen Trude Training Consultant , Bayer Business Services GmbH, Germany

For 25 years, the trained teacher has been working for the education department of Bayer Business Services GmbH (formerly Bayer AG). Ellen Trude has been dealing intensively with the topics of Web 2.0, Enterprise 2.0 and Social Media since 2006. At present, she is a training consultant for social media and special projects concerning collaborative platforms. She is an active blogger, twitter user and staunch supporter of the 2.0 concept.
