By June 30th Susan Scrupski of SoCo Partners announced the foundation of the 2.0 Adoption Council. With 24 hours the initiative had amassed an impressive showing of large enterprises who are wrestling with adoption issues for 2.0 tools and practices. Since then Susan Scrupski is moderating a vivid community of practioneers on exchanging ideas and approaches towards issues regarding the adoption of Enterprise 2.0 activities within their companies.

Summarizing the discussed failures it becomes clear that the majority are adoption-related problems.
